MALAYSIA
A learning and development company built on capability-building and train-the-trainer methodology, led by Dr. Prebagaran Jayaraman — a Certified Lead Trainer under Malaysia's HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer program.
INDIA
An executive coaching and business facilitation practice led by Vijaykumar Rajagopal, built on two decades of global engineering leadership and strategy advisory experience, including a senior role at Shell.
HOW IT STARTED
Praba and Vijay met as invited speakers at a Project Management Institute (PMI) Malaysia conference. A conversation afterward revealed a shared passion for the Thirukkural — and a shared frustration that its wisdom rarely reached the modern boardroom.
What began as webinars between friends grew into a global following across Tamil, Malay and Mandarin-speaking audiences. That response became the seed for Executive Dharma — and for a program that brings the same framework directly into organisations.
Today, Prebagaran Academy and Tetra Axis run Executive Dharma workshops together across Malaysia, India and the wider region — combining Praba's capability-building expertise with Vijay's executive coaching practice.

A former Major in the Malaysian Armed Forces, Praba led complex projects and trained Navy personnel before becoming a Certified Lead Trainer for HRD Corp's Train-the-Trainer program. His passion for the Thirukkural began in childhood, sparked by Kurals his father shared with him — despite having no formal Tamil education. Today he works to help the next generation reconnect with the wisdom in their own cultural roots.

A Chemical Engineer by training, Vijay built his career in the oil and gas sector across India, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Malaysia — leading global engineering teams and serving as a strategy advisor at Shell. Tamil is his mother tongue, and a lifelong connection to classical Tamil literature shaped his approach as he transitioned into executive coaching, helping senior leaders and leadership teams evolve.
